About Art Lieberman...| I bring my experience and educational background to the task of helping
you resolve your issue. My creative ability provides alternative solutions that you might not
have considered. It is
my priority to help each of you feel that you are being heard and that you will arrive at a
fair resolution.
I prefer to have an informal yet structured environment for the mediation sessions. It is not a legalistic process, but one of negotiation with sensitivity. I received my Ph.D. in Business Administration in 1977. In 1994, I trained in mediation through Seton Hall Law School. I am accredited by the NJ Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM) for divorce/family mediation and for commercial/civil mediation. I am approved by NJ's Administrative Office of the Courts for economic issues in family law cases, and by NJ's Program for Civil, General Equity and Probate Mediation. I mediate discrimination cases for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). I also serve as a mediator for the municipal courts of Union County. I am a member of the NJ Association of Professional Mediators and the Association for Conflict Resolution. |
